closed circuit rebreather trimix diverThis Program is designed to train divers in the safer use and technology of Rebreathers for deep diving to depths in excess of 60 m. This program qualify divers to perform Trimix Dives outside of training up to 100m.

What do I need to start?

  • IANTD Normoxic Trimix Diver or IANTD Trimix Diver.
  • IANTD Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) Diver with at least 50 hours on specific rebreather to be trained on.
  • Minimum of 200 logged dives.
  • Minimum 18 years old.

What will I do?

Theory on specific rebreather used for course. 1 confined water session. At least 4 open water dives, 2 skills traing open water dives on air, EANx or Trimix to depths between 18m and 60m and 2 Trimix dives to depths between 50m and 91m. Open water dives to total a minimum of 260 minutes open water run time. At least 1 dive deeper than 60m.

IANTD CCR Trimix Diver Student Workbook and Manual. IANTD Technical Diving Encyclopedia. IANTD approved texts for specific rebreather used during course.
